0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE EAGLE NEST YOUTH PROGRAM;

0012|     DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of supporting the village of Eagle Nest youth program. 
    |
0020|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
    |
0022|          Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0023|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect
    |
0024|     immediately.
