      Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                           SENATE BILL 62
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 11, line 9, after the period insert the following: 
  
  "An additional three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is
  appropriated from the general fund to the regents of western New
  Mexico university to continue the child development center.".
