APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred thousand dollars | 0016| ($400,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0017| commission on higher education for expenditure in fiscal year | 0018| 1999 for the purpose of continuing and expanding public high | 0019| school student and teacher participation in the New Mexico | 0020| advanced placement program.
