APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars | 0016| ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New | 0017| Mexico veterans' service commission for expenditure in fiscal | 0018| year 1999 for the purpose of providing a full-time honor guard | 0019| and bugler at the Santa Fe and the Fort Bayard national | 0020| cemeteries.
