0011| PROPOSING A SALE OF REAL PROPERTY IN SANTA FE, BERNALILLO AND

0012| CHAVES COUNTIES.

0014| WHEREAS, Section 13-6-3 NMSA 1978 requires ratification
|
0015| and approval of any sale of real property for a consideration
|
0016| of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or more; and
|
0017| WHEREAS, the property control division of the general
|
0018| services department is desirous of selling five parcels of
|
0019| land, legal descriptions set forth below; and
|
0020| WHEREAS, the property control division wishes to sell
|
0021| real property of approximately sixty-seven acres located near
|
0022| Canoncito at Apache canyon in Santa Fe county, New Mexico and
|
0023| more particularly described as:
|
0024| Southwest quarter of the Southeast
|
0025| quarter of Section one and the Lot two
|

0001| of Section twelve in Township fifteen
|
0002| north of Range ten east of the New
|
0003| Mexico Meridian New Mexico, containing
|
0004| sixty-six acres and ninety-three
|
0005| hundredths of an acre.

0006| As per patent No. 1096075, issued to

0007| Antonio Ortega, the party of the first
|
0008| part herein and which was recorded on
|
0009| the 28th day of December 1945 in Book C
|
0010| of the Records of Patents page 147 in

0011| the Santa Fe County Clerk's office.; and

0012| WHEREAS, the property control division wishes to sell
|
0013| real property of approximately ten and four-tenths acres
|
0014| located in La Tierra Nueva subdivision in Santa Fe county, New
|
0015| Mexico and more particularly described as:

0016| Lot One (1), La Tierra Nueva
|
0017| Subdivision, formerly Tierra Grande
|
0018| Subdivision (La Tierra Phase IV), as

0019| shown on plat filed in the Office of the

0020| County Clerk, Santa Fe County, New

0021| Mexico, on August 16, 1979, as Document

0022| No. 444,242 and as described in "Notice

0024| recorded in Book 395, page 13.; and

0025| WHEREAS, the property control division wishes to sell

0003| Albuquerque, Bernalillo county, New Mexico and more

0005| Lots number nineteen (19) to twenty four

0006| (24), both inclusive, in Block thirty
|
0007| (30) of the NEW MEXICO TOWN COMPANY'S
|
0008| ORIGINAL TOWNSITE of Albuquerque, New
|
0009| Mexico, as the same are shown and
|
0010| designated on the map of said Townsite,
|
0011| filed in the office of the Probate Clerk
|
0012| and Ex-Officio Recorder of Bernalillo
|
0013| County, New Mexico, under date of
|
0014| December 29, 1882.; and
|
0015| WHEREAS, the property control division wishes to sell
|
0016| real property of approximately one acre located at the Newport
|
0017| industrial park-west in Albuquerque, Bernalillo county, New
|
0018| Mexico and more particularly described as:

0019| Lot D-4 of the Summary Plat of the
|
0020| replat of Parcel D of the replat of
|
0021| Tract 4, Newport Industrial Park-West,

0022| Unit 1, as the same is shown and

0023| designated on the plat of said

0024| subdivision filed in the office of the

0025| County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New

0003| WHEREAS, the property control division wishes to sell a

0004| building and real property of approximately five acres at 1600

0005| east Tilden in Roswell, Chaves county, New Mexico and more

0006| particularly described as:

0007| Tracts C and D of the Burton
|
0008| Subdivision, an addition to the City of
|
0009| Roswell, New Mexico, as the same is
|
0010| shown from the official plat thereof
|
0011| filed in the office of the Chaves County
|
0012| Clerk of May 7, 1952. Said lands being
|
0013| otherwise known and designated as the
|
0014| South one-half of the North one-half of
|
0015| the West one-half of the Southeast one-
|
0016| fourth of the Northwest one-fourth (S«
|
0017| N« W« SE¬ NW¬) Section three (3),
|
0018| Township eleven (11) South, Range twenty
|
0019| four (24) East N.M.P.M. containing five
|
0020| (5) acres, more or less.; and
|
0021| WHEREAS, the properties shall not be sold for less than
|
0022| the value of the properties established by the taxation and
|
0023| revenue department using generally acceptable appraisal
|
0024| techniques for this type of property;
|
0025| NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE

0001| STATE OF NEW MEXICO that the proposed sales be hereby ratified
|
0002| and approved pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-6-3 NMSA
|
0003| 1978; and
|
0004| BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
|
0005| transmitted to the property control division of the general
|
0006| services department.
