0011|     PROPOSING A SALE OF REAL PROPERTY IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0013|          WHEREAS, Section 13-6-3 NMSA 1978 requires ratification
    |
0014|     and approval of any sale of real property for a consideration
    |
0015|     of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or more; and
    |
0016|          WHEREAS, the property control division of the general
    |
0017|     services department wants to offer for sale one parcel of
    |
0018|     land, legal description set forth below; and
    |
0019|          WHEREAS, the property control division wants to offer for
    |
0020|     sale real property of approximately twenty-one thousand three
    |
0021|     hundred square feet located at the corner of Third and Lead in
    |
0022|     Albuquerque, Bernalillo county, New Mexico and more
    |
0023|     particularly described as:

0024|                         Lots number nineteen (19) to twenty four
    |
0025|               (24), both inclusive, in Block thirty
    |

0001|               (30) of the NEW MEXICO TOWN COMPANY'S

0002|               ORIGINAL TOWNSITE of Albuquerque, New
    |
0003|               Mexico, as the same are shown and
    |
0004|               designated on the map of said Townsite,
    |
0005|               filed in the office of the Probate Clerk
    |
0006|               and Ex-Officio Recorder of Bernalillo
    |
0007|               County, New Mexico, under date of
    |
0008|               December 29, 1882.; and
    |

0009|          WHEREAS, the property shall not be sold for less than the
    |
0010|     value of the property established by the taxation and revenue
    |
0011|     department using generally acceptable appraisal techniques for
    |
0012|     this type of property;
    |
0013|          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE
    |
0014|     STATE OF NEW MEXICO that the proposed sale be hereby ratified
    |
0015|     and approved pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-6-3 NMSA
    |
0016|     1978; and 
    |
0017|          BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
    |
0018|     transmitted to the property control division of the general
    |
0019|     services department.
