"TONY" | 0013| VIGIL. | 0014| | 0015| WHEREAS, Tony Vigil was born in Mora on March 6, 1906; | 0016| and | 0017| WHEREAS, he graduated from Raton high school, attended | 0018| the university of New Mexico, obtained his pharmacy degree | 0019| from Capitol college of pharmacy in Denver, Colorado and | 0020| worked in Albuquerque, Raton and Santa Fe as a pharmacist; and | 0021| WHEREAS, he was elected probate judge in Colfax county in | 0022| 1932, and county treasurer in 1934, 1936 and 1940; and | 0023| WHEREAS, he served as a state representative for two | 0024| terms and introduced the bill that created the university of | 0025| New Mexico college of pharmacy in 1947; and |
