0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND THE LUNCH BUDDIES PROGRAM IN

0012|     NORTHERN NEW MEXICO.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of contracting to expand the substance abuse and
    |
0019|     youth self-esteem program called "lunch buddies" to additional
    |
0020|     communities in Rio Arriba and Taos counties.  Any unexpended
    |
0021|     or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year
    |
0022|     1999 shall revert to the general fund.
