0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO DESIGN AN INTERCHANGE AT THE PASEO

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the state highway and transportation department for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of designing
    |
0019|     an interchange at the Paseo del Volcan and interstate 40.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
