0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR "MAIN STREET" IMPROVEMENTS ON

0012|     ISLETA BOULEVARD IN SOUTHWEST BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of improving building facades or other restoration
    |
0020|     projects along Isleta boulevard in southwestern Bernalillo
    |
0021|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
