0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE

0012|     UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO FUND PUBLIC SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

0013|     DURING THE MARIACHI SPECTACULAR.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0018|     of regents of the university of New Mexico for the division of
    |
0019|     continuing education for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0020|     the purpose of funding public school activities during the
    |
0021|     Mariachi spectacular.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0022|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0023|     general fund.
