0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE BOARD OF

0012|     SANTA FE COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOR IMPLEMENTING A PUBLIC SCHOOLS

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0018|     the community college board of Santa Fe community college for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal years 1998 and 1999 for the purpose of
    |
0020|     implementing a public schools initiative program.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
