0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0019|     the purpose of contracting for the production and distribution
    |
0020|     of a videotape, accompanying literature and related public
    |
0021|     service announcements regarding prevention of alcohol abuse. 
    |
0022|     The videotape, accompanying literature and public service
    |
0023|     announcements shall be produced in both English and Spanish. 
    |
0024|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0025|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
