FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 10 IN BERNALILLO COUNTY

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration

          A.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for
construction of a community center in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque
in Bernalillo county; and

          B.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for
<center>- 1 -</center>

construction of sidewalks on Schulte Street and 4th street in the
vicinity of Taft middle school in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county.

                    to the state agency on aging

                    fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for completion of a
          new senior citizens center in Senate District 10 in
          Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
