FOR PLANNING, DESIGN, SITE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE
CIMARRON COMMUNITY CENTER IN THE VILLAGE OF CIMARRON IN COLFAX
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    three million five hundred thousand dollars
          ($3,500,000) to plan, design, develop the site and
          construct a community and senior center with a swimming
<center>- 1 -</center>

          pool in the village of Cimarron in Colfax county.
