FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design or
          construct a road between New Mexico 264 and Rock
          Springs in McKinley county.
