            43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 7.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
                    one hundred nine thousand seven hundred dollars
          ($109,700) to purchase and install a metal building for
          the Clayton high school building trades project in
          Union county;

                    to the department of environment:

                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design,
          construct and inspect water system improvements for Big
          Mesa cooperative in the community of Conchas Dam in San
          Miguel county;

                    to the eighth judicial district attorney:
     
                    twenty-eight thousand dollars ($28,000) for capital
          improvements;

                    to the tenth judicial district attorney:
     
                    ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase a copy
          machine; and

                    to the ninth judicial district attorney:
     
                    twenty-eight thousand dollars ($28,000) to purchase a
          vehicle and a copy machine.
