FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 32.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
          A.  five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan,
design, construct or equip a new training facility, including
improvements to the land and parking lot, at the Artesia truck
driving school in Eddy county; and

          B.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to complete
the Patricia Lubben Basset art education center at the Roswell
museum and art center in Chaves county.
