ARAGON FOR ALBUQUERQUE TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE SOUTH VALLEY CAMPUS IMPROVEMENTS IN BERNALILLO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the governing board of Albuquerque technical-vocational institute: one million seven hundred thousand dollars ($1,700,000) to renovate classrooms and laboratories at the south valley campus of Albuquerque technical-vocational institute in Bernalillo county.
