FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO A MULTIPURPOSE CENTER IN SANDOVAL
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to
          complete phase one of the Santo Domingo tribe elderly
          multipurpose center in Santo Domingo in Sandoval
          county.
