FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR BAYLOR CANYON IN ORGAN IN DONA
ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    three hundred thirty-four thousand four hundred eighty-
          eight dollars ($334,488) for water system improvements,
          including installing and equipping a new well and other
          upgrades, for Baylor Canyon in Organ in Dona Ana
          county.
