FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE HEAD START CLASSROOMS IN SILVER
CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for
          improvements and repairs to the head start classrooms
          and for the purchase of a portable classroom in Silver
          City in Grant county.
