SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 362 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY CARLOS R. CISNEROS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO SOMBRILLO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN SANTA FE COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state department of public education: five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to make improvements to the Sombrillo elementary school in Santa Fe county.
