SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 349 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DIANNA J. DURAN FOR INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE VILLAGE OF CLOUDCROFT IN OTERO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) for engineering and construction of a maintenance building in the village of Cloudcroft in Otero county; to the department of environment: - 1 - two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for engineering and construction of water and sewer improvements in the village of Cloudcroft in Otero county; and to the state highway and transportation department: two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for engineering and construction of street improvements including paving and drainage in the village of Cloudcroft in Otero county.
