SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 345 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY PHILLIP J. MALOOF FOR A BUILDING TO HOUSE A YOUTH PROGRAM IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to renovate, repair and equip a building located on west Central avenue to house a youth program that prepares youths who have dropped out of high school for their - 1 - general equivalency diplomas in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
