SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 342 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY ARTHUR H. RODARTE FOR A WATER SYSTEM IN BARRANCO LOCATED IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the department of environment: thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for the plan, design and construction of a water system in Barranco located in Rio Arriba county.
