SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 339 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY ARTHUR H. RODARTE FOR A COMMUNITY WELL IN VALLECITOS LOCATED IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the department of environment: thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for the purchase and installation of a community well and new lines for the water system in Vallecitos located in Rio Arriba county.
