FOR A WORK FORCE TRAINING CENTER AT THE ALBUQUERQUE TECHNICAL-
VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the governing board of Albuquerque technical-
          vocational institute:
          
                    three million dollars ($3,000,000) to renovate,
          construct or equip the work force training center at
          Albuquerque technical-vocational institute in
          Bernalillo county.
