FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN WAGON MOUND IN MORA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make road
          improvements in Wagon Mound in Mora county;

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design, construct
<center>- 1 -</center>

          and inspect water and sewer system improvements in
          Wagon Mound in Mora county; and

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
     
                    fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design, construct
          and equip improvements to the Wagon Mound municipal
          building in Mora county.
