SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 303 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY CARLOS R. CISNEROS FOR A MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING IN RED RIVER IN TAOS COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to design, construct and equip a multipurpose building in Red River in Taos county.
