FOR SHEEP SPRINGS CHAPTER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

          A.  three hundred seventy-six thousand dollars ($376,000)
to plan, design, construct and equip a new two-classroom pre-school
building at the Sheep Springs chapter in San Juan county;

          B.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to
upgrade the senior citizen parking lot at the Sheep Springs chapter
in San Juan county; and

          C.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase a grader
at the Sheep Springs chapter in San Juan county.
