FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 20 IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

          A.  two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($230,000) to complete the master plan
improvements to the Holiday shelter center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          B.  seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to design the Montgomery-Tramway
neighborhood center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

                    four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to improve Morris from Lomas to
          Candelaria in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
