SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 252 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO REAUTHORIZATION; CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR STUDENTS WITH ACADEMIC AND SPECIAL NEEDS IN SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY. The balance of the proceeds from the severance tax bond appropriation made pursuant to Subsection AA of Section 16 of Chapter 148 of Laws 1994 to acquire a facilities operation building in Shiprock shall not be expended for that original purpose but is reauthorized to acquire, construct or equip a cafeteria for students with academic and special needs in Shiprock in San Juan county.
