FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE NAMBE PUEBLO IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to design, construct and inspect
          water system improvements for the Nambe Pueblo in Santa Fe county; and

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    one million fifty-six thousand dollars ($1,056,000) to improve a road in Nambe
          Pueblo in Santa Fe county.
