SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 217 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY ARTHUR H. RODARTE FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ACEQUIA DE LOS VIGIL IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state engineer: one hundred twenty-three thousand three hundred dollars ($123,300) to design, construct and equip improvements to the acequia de los Vigil in Rio Arriba county.
