RODARTE TO PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT A BRIDGE ACROSS COYOTE CREEK ON COUNTY ROAD 212 IN COYOTE IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: seventy-five thousand five hundred dollars ($75,500) to plan, design and construct a bridge across the Coyote creek on county road 212 in Coyote in Rio Arriba county.
