SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 212 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY ARTHUR H. RODARTE FOR A GYMNASIUM FOR THE MESA VISTA SCHOOL DISTRICT IN OJO CALIENTE IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state department of public education: three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a gymnasium for the Mesa Vista school district in Ojo Caliente in Rio Arriba county.
