SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 198 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY LEONARD LEE RAWSON FOR A MUNICIPAL OFFICE BUILDING IN THE NEWLY INCORPORATED MUNICIPALITY OF ELEPHANT BUTTE IN SIERRA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for acquiring, constructing and equipping a municipal office building, including land acquisition, in the newly incorporated municipality of Elephant Butte in Sierra county.
