SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 193 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY GLORIA HOWES FOR ELECTRICAL UPGRADES IN GALLUP-MCKINLEY SCHOOLS. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state department of public education: four million two hundred thousand dollars ($4,200,000) to upgrade the electrical systems and provide internet and network capability in the Gallup-McKinley schools in McKinley county.
