FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS OF SUPREME COURT FACILITIES IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the supreme court building commission:
          
                    fourteen thousand dollars ($14,000) is appropriated from the supreme court
          building addition reserve fund, account number 3-220.0, fund 402 and supreme
          court building addition interest and retirement fund, account number 1-220.0,
          fund 860 to the supreme court building commission for expenditure in 1999 and
          subsequent fiscal years for the purpose of defraying expenses related to capital
          improvements of supreme court facilities.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
          balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall not revert.
