FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

          A.  four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to make improvements to
Daniel Fernandez park, including grading, landscaping and engineering, in Los Lunas in
Valencia county; and

          B.  three hundred ninety-eight thousand five hundred dollars ($398,500) for
improvements to the Morris road recreational facility, including landscaping and irrigation, in
Los Lunas in Valencia county; and

                    seven hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($745,000) for sewer improvements at
          Don Pasquale and NM route 314 in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
