FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ESTANCIA FIRE DEPARTMENT IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred sixteen thousand five hundred dollars  ($116,500) to upgrade or
          purchase equipment to repair the roof at the facilities of the Estancia fire
          department in Torrance county.
