FOR A HEAD START FACILITY IN NASCHITTI IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
          A.  five hundred forty-one thousand dollars ($541,000) to plan, design or
construct a head start facility in Naschitti in San Juan county;

          B.  eight thousand dollars ($8,000) to purchase and install fencing at the head
start facility in Naschitti in San Juan county; and

          C.  sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000) to purchase and install playground
