FOR PORTALES MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS CAPITAL OUTLAY IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:

          A.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for a science laboratory in
Roosevelt county;

          B.  eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for baseball field lighting in Roosevelt
county; and

          C.  twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for a track at the junior high school in
<center>- 1 -</center>

Roosevelt county.
