FOR FLOYD MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS CAPITAL OUTLAY IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                              to the state department of public education:
          
                              one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install
               educational technology in the Floyd municipal schools in Roosevelt
               county.
