FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT MEXICAN SPRINGS HEAD START IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
          A.  forty-two thousand dollars ($42,000) to purchase and equip a head start
center bus for Mexican Springs in McKinley county;

          B.  fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to purchase and install playground
equipment for the Mexican Springs head start program in McKinley county;

          C.  eight thousand dollars ($8,000) to purchase and install security fencing for

Mexican Springs head start program in McKinley county; and

          D.  seventy-seven thousand dollars ($77,000) to plan, design and develop the site
for a head start building at Mexican Springs in McKinley county.
