SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 27 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO FOR PLANNING PHASE OF THE NAVAJO PREPARATORY SCHOOL IN SAN JUAN COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs: four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to continue architectural and engineering stages of planning for the Navajo preparatory school in San Juan county.
