FOR THE ROCK SPRINGS HEAD START FACILITY IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

          A.  eighty-four thousand dollars ($84,000) to purchase and equip buses for the
head start facility in Rock Springs in McKinley county;

          B.  fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to purchase and install playground
equipment for the head start facility in Rock Springs in McKinley county; and

          C.  eight thousand dollars ($8,000) to purchase and install security fencing at the

head start facility in Rock Springs in McKinley county.
