SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING OR CONSTRUCTING A BRIDGE AND ACCESS ROADS ACROSS THE SAN JUAN RIVER AT HOGBACK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: one million six hundred eighty thousand dollars ($1,680,000) to plan, design or construct a bridge across the San Juan river as well as access roads at Hogback in San Juan county.
