I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for capital improvements for the purpose of reducing crime and vandalism through environmental design in various neighborhoods in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county. - 1 -
